Quality certification can be divided into product quality certification and quality system certification. Product quality certification The object of product quality certification is specific products including services. The basis or condition of certification is that the quality of products (services) should meet the requirements of specified standards, and the quality system should meet the requirements of specified quality assurance standards. The way of certification is to issue product certification certificates and certification marks. Its certification mark can be used on products approved for certification. Before the certification system came into being, the seller (the first party) usually used "product conformity declaration" to win the trust of customers (the second party) in order to promote its products. This method was feasible when the product was simple at that time, and the advantages and disadvantages could be visually judged without special detection means. However, with the development of science and technology, the variety of products is increasing, and the structure and performance of products are becoming more and more complex. It is difficult to judge whether the products meet the requirements only by the knowledge and experience of buyers. In addition, the seller's "product conformity declaration" is not always credible, so the credibility and function of this method gradually decline. In this case, the product quality certification system came into being. At present, the product quality certification of all countries in the world is generally based on international standards. 60% of these standards are formulated by ISO, 20% by IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) and the rest 20% by other international standardization organizations. Product quality certification includes qualification certification and safety certification. Quality management system certification The object of quality certification is the quality system of the enterprise, or the quality assurance capability of the enterprise. The basis or condition of certification is that the quality system of an enterprise should meet the applied quality assurance standards, namely GB/T19001-IS09001 and the necessary supplementary requirements. Certification can be proved by issuing quality system certification certificate with certification mark. But neither the certificate nor the mark can be used on the product. Quality system certification is voluntary. Whether it's product quality certification or quality system certification, it's an activity of a third party to ensure the fairness of certification. Quality management system certification refers to the audit of the organization's quality system by an independent certification body authorized by the state according to international quality and quality management standards, and the registration and issuance of certificates prove that the organization's quality system and quality assurance ability meet the requirements. Quality system certification is usually based on ISO9000 family standards, which is often referred to as ISO9000 quality system certification. ISO9001:2008 and IS019004:2009 are two types of modes dominated by quality management system standards: one is the quality management system requirements standard represented by ISO 9001: 2008 (including the quality management system requirements standards of various banks, such as ISO/TS16949 and ISO22000), which is characterized by putting forward specific activities of the quality management system. Or professional requirements, the idea is to "provide product conformity assurance and trust with the least consistent requirements", and its evaluation means is conformity evaluation. The other type is the guideline standard represented by ISO 9004: 2009 standard and various criteria for performance excellence, which is characterized by applying the principle of quality management, and providing information of recognized and effective ways to improve the overall performance and sustainability of the organization. The evaluation method is maturity measurement. Its typical role is to help organizations that have established management systems according to ISO9001 or other management system standards, and play a role in promoting the overall sustainable development of the organization. The main differences between product certification and enterprise quality system certification are: (1) The object of certification is not the quality system of the enterprise, but a certain product produced by the enterprise; (2) The standard on which the certification is based is not the quality management standard, but the related product standard; (3) The conclusion of certification is not to prove whether the enterprise quality system meets the quality management standards, but to prove whether the products meet the product standards.

Internal 3QC Process


1) Each item of our quotation, we have at least two or three reliable and stable suppliers and sources;

2) If we are not sure about the quality, we will not quote;

3) If quote, we will check package, function, and choose the best and reliable supplier.


We will check stability (available? price? condition? lead time?)


We will recheck all details including packaging (plastic, vacuum), marking (PDF), pins, and quantity; if necessary, we will do third-party test.

After Sales Service

Listen to the truth In the process of talking with customers or in the process of understanding and discussing countermeasures, you should pay attention to listen carefully, listen to what the customers really mean, and see if they have any dissatisfaction or complaints. If the customer you meet may not express himself very well, or he may stutter in his speech, but you must be patient and let the customer speak out his questions and listen to his true meaning. It's important to say what you can't say or dare not say. Guide customers to give countermeasures. If there is really no way to solve the vehicle problem, you can also ask the customer to help you come up with countermeasures. When you serve customers with your heart and care for them with your heart, customers will thank you and give bigger and better feedback, and come up with the best solution to your troubles. Establish corporate image through service. Today, with the increasing homogenization of products, after-sales service, as a part of marketing, has become an important territory for manufacturers and businesses to compete for consumers' minds. Good after-sales service is the best promotion before the next sale, the main way to improve consumers' satisfaction and loyalty, and an important way to establish corporate reputation and spread corporate image. Improve customer satisfaction After-sales service, as a requirement put forward by customers, is directly proportional to the customer's satisfaction. After-sales service is well done, and if the customer's requirements can be met, the customer's satisfaction will naturally be continuously improved; On the contrary, if the after-sales service is not done well or not, the customer's satisfaction will be reduced, and even extreme dissatisfaction will occur. After being satisfied, customers usually continue to buy their own satisfied products and spread them by positive means such as word-of-mouth publicity, which plays a powerful role in improving the market share of products and the reputation of brands. If the customer is dissatisfied with the service, according to the empirical research results, 96% of the consumers will not complain if the service is not considerate, but 90% of the dissatisfied consumers won't buy the company's products and services again, or tell their experiences to at least 9 other people, and 13% of the consumers who have had unsatisfactory experiences will tell their experiences to more than 20 people.
